Developing responsibility, discipline and leadership through aviation — with airline pilots, behind restricted airport gates, and at the controls of a real aircraft.
Trusted by over 1,000 families and 70+ schools across Asia
“I'm passionate about aviation…
but I don't know where to start.”
Many young people feel lost about their future. We built this programme to give them clarity, real industry exposure, and a first step toward a purpose-driven life.
Structured instruction from aviation professionals — building foundations, judgement and discipline.
Access to areas closed to the public: restricted zones, training facilities and airside operations.
Observe live ATC operations and understand how controllers coordinate every takeoff and landing.
A supervised flight circuit with a certified pilot. Your child takes the controls of a real aircraft.
Hands-on time in full-motion simulators used for airline training, including Level D simulator access.
Flight report, official certificate and recommendation letter — for school portfolios and future applications.
Industry visits may be adjusted based on airport operations, flight school schedules, weather and participant needs. Tours are sponsored by our partners; student fees cover transportation, insurance, uniform and related costs. Restricted-area passes must be applied for in advance.
Better focus. Better retention. Better decisions.
Calm is trained. Resilience is practised, not taught.
Selected. Exposed. Changed.
A global cohort. One standard.

After this programme, my son finally found his direction in life. He came home with confidence and a dream — to become a pilot!
Sitting in the cockpit and actually flying was surreal. It wasn't just fun — it made me feel capable, mature, and motivated.
Your child will be twelve exactly once.
Most parents who enrol tell us the same thing afterwards: they wish they'd done it a year earlier. Not because the programme changes — but because the child who does this at twelve carries it through every choice they make at fifteen, at eighteen, at their first interview.
Cohorts are capped, they run in school holidays, and there are a finite number of holidays left before your child stops asking questions like this.

Once payment is confirmed you'll receive an email to select your preferred training dates.
Parent observation available for the full-day immersive programme, subject to availability. Fees apply.
Adds the discovery flight and simulator flight session — the two things students remember most.
Approx. 4 hours per day (9am–1pm); industry visits may vary (2pm–6pm).
Summer 2026 is almost gone. Cohorts 1–6 are full. Only 1–2 places remain in each August cohort — once they go, the next intake is Winter.
Early bird places are open now for the Summer and Winter 2026 cohorts.
