The 5th Aerospace Ambassadors Program (2024) aims to provide participants with a deep understanding of various aspects of the aviation industry through a series of activities and site visits. Students will have the opportunity to visit the apron, maintenance area at the Airport, gaining insights into the fundamental operations of the apron, flight operations, and aircraft maintenance. The program will include engaging sessions on aircraft engineering principles, civil aviation aircraft inspections, aircraft model fabrication, and on-site visits to restricted areas such as maintenance zones and aircraft maintenance facilities. Through these activities, participants will gain a profound understanding of the knowledge and operations behind aircraft engineering.
NextGen Aviation Professional
The objective of this program is to inspire participants to become future pilots. In addition to teaching the fundamental principles of flight, such as lift and aerodynamics, aircraft structure, and aviation communication terminology, participants will engage in a series of interactive activities, including flight route planning, emergency response exercises, flight simulators, and site visits (such as restricted areas), to further enhance their learning experience.
Unveiling the Mysteries of the Aviation Industry
Furthermore, participants will have the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of aviation traffic control through simulated demonstrations and on-site visits, exploring the concept of air traffic control and the communication dynamics between pilots and air traffic controllers. Additionally, they will visit airline training centres and the passenger terminal of an Airport, delving into the operations of check-in counters, boarding procedures, and cabin services. Moreover, participants will have the chance to visit airline headquarters and experience the Level D full-motion Airbus A350 simulator, as well as embark on a real flying adventure in a small aircraft.
