Cadet Preparation Course – Terms & Conditions (Hong Kong Professional Airline Pilots Association Limited – “HKPAPA”) 1. Nature of Course / No Guarantee The Cadet Preparation Course is an educational and preparatory programme only. HKPAPA makes no representation, warranty or guarantee that participation will result in selection, progression, conditional offer, employment or success in any airline cadet pilot programme, assessment, interview, aptitude test or medical examination. All recruitment decisions are made solely by third parties beyond HKPAPA’s control. 2. Fees / Strict No Refund All fees paid are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances, including absence, non-completion, personal reasons, illness, medical disqualification, changes in airline requirements or dissatisfaction. No refund, credit or deferment will be granted unless required by Hong Kong law. 3. Intellectual Property / No Copying All course content, materials, methodologies, frameworks, slides, recordings and information are proprietary intellectual property of HKPAPA. Access is granted for personal learning only. No copying, recording, photographing, reproducing, sharing, teaching, reselling or distribution is permitted in any form. Any breach constitutes a material breach entitling HKPAPA to immediate termination and legal action. 4. Confidentiality The Student agrees to maintain strict confidentiality over all non-public information obtained during the Course. This obligation survives completion or termination of the Course. 5. Course Changes HKPAPA may amend instructors, content, format, schedule or delivery method at its discretion without notice. Such changes do not constitute a breach and do not give rise to any refund or compensation. 6. Disclaimer / No Reliance The Student confirms they have not relied on any statement outside these Terms. All guidance is general in nature and does not constitute professional, medical, psychological or recruitment advice. 7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, HKPAPA shall not be liable for any loss, damage or loss of opportunity. Any liability (if any) is capped at the fees paid. 8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
