1. Nature of Session / Restricted Access Level D full-flight simulator sessions are conducted at restricted facilities subject to stringent security, operational and third-party requirements. Access is conditional and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. 2. Booking Confirmation / No Rebooking Once a simulator session is confirmed, the booking is final. No rebooking, rescheduling, substitution or deferment is permitted under any circumstances, including illness, personal reasons, travel delays or scheduling conflicts. 3. Fees / Strict No Refund All simulator fees paid are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, once booking is confirmed. No refund, credit or compensation will be provided unless required by applicable Hong Kong law. 4. Cancellation / Operational Control HKPAPA reserves the absolute right to cancel, shorten, delay or modify any simulator session due to operational, safety, security, regulatory, technical or third-party reasons. Such cancellation or modification shall not constitute a breach and does not give rise to any claim against HKPAPA. 5. No Guarantee of Access or Outcome HKPAPA does not guarantee simulator availability, session duration, training outcome, performance improvement or any assessment result. Simulator sessions are provided strictly on an “as available” basis. 6. Confidentiality / No Recording The simulator environment, procedures, layouts and training content are confidential and proprietary. No photography, video recording, audio recording, screen capture or note-taking of sensitive materials is permitted. Any breach may result in immediate removal and permanent exclusion without refund. 7. Conduct & Compliance Participants must strictly comply with all instructions, security rules and behavioural standards imposed by HKPAPA and the facility operator. Any non-compliance may result in immediate termination of access without refund. 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, HKPAPA shall not be liable for any loss, damage or loss of opportunity arising from simulator access or cancellation. Any liability (if any) shall be capped at the fees paid. 9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Simulator bookings are personal and non-transferable.
