Q: Can parents participate in the program activities?

Role During Activities: Parents are asked to respect the learning environment by not disrupting the proceedings. Interaction should be limited to moments when they are explicitly invited to participate. For activities such as the light aircraft flying experience, parents may have the opportunity to observe from the backseat, allowing them to experience the flight alongside their child while ensuring that the focus remains on the educational goals of the student participants.
Safety and Compliance: All participating parents must adhere to the same safety guidelines and instructions as the students. This is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of all participants, especially during specialized activities like aircraft flying. Registration for Parent Participation: Interested parents should express their interest early, as opportunities for participation are limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Final approval will be given after reviewing the availability of resources and ensuring that the inclusion of parents will not detract from the educational experience of the students.

Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to, disruption of activities, failure to follow safety instructions, disrespect towards staff or fellow participants, and any form of harassment or bullying.
Consequences of Misconduct: Participants who engage in bad behavior will face strict disciplinary actions, which may include immediate removal from the course without a refund. Depending on the severity of the behavior, further sanctions may be applied, and the incident may be reported to relevant authorities or educational institutions.
