Content Creation Day with HKPAPA
Experience light aircraft flying with the Hong Kong Professional Airline Pilots Association in Zhuhai. This experience is designed for selected KOLs and content creators to film aviation lifestyle content safely, professionally, and under HKPAPA supervision.
Safety First
For your safety, please follow all HKPAPA staff instructions at all times. You must:
-
Wear a high-visibility vest at all times on the airport side
-
Stay inside the airport building unless escorted
-
Wait for HKPAPA staff before entering the apron
-
Never walk around the active apron area alone
-
Never touch or walk near the propeller, engine, or front area of the aircraft
-
Film HKPAPA aircraft only unless permission is given
What to Expect
You will join our team at Zhuhai Ocean Spring Airport for a guided aviation experience on the CTLS aircraft — one of the safest and most popular light training aircraft in its category.
Subject to weather and operational conditions, the flight will normally depart towards the sea, offering beautiful aerial views and strong visual content opportunities.
Aircraft Door Instruction
The CTLS door will be opened and closed by HKPAPA staff or under direct instruction. Please do not force, push, slam, or operate the door without guidance. The aircraft is light and the door mechanism must be handled carefully.
Departure & Aircraft Briefing
Before flight, our pilot will brief you on:
-
Seatbelt operation
-
Emergency exit procedure
-
Door opening method
-
Life jacket location under the seat
-
What to do during take-off and landing
-
How to communicate in the aircraft
-
“You have control / I have control” procedure
The aircraft is equipped with an Aircraft Ballistic Recovery System (BRS), often referred to as a whole-aircraft parachute, providing an additional safety layer in emergency situations.
Emergency Instructions
In the unlikely event of an emergency:
-
Remain calm
-
Follow the training captain and HKPAPA staff instructions
-
Do not run back to the aircraft
-
Move to the designated assembly area
-
The assembly area is the car park outside the airport gate unless otherwise instructed

Weather Policy
Flight safety depends heavily on weather.
Flights cannot operate in unsuitable conditions, including rain, low cloud, strong wind, poor visibility, thunderstorms, or other operational restrictions.
Please check the weather forecast before leaving Hong Kong. HKPAPA may postpone, delay, or cancel the flight at short notice for safety and operational reasons.
Camera Setup

Where operationally possible, HKPAPA may arrange:
-
Insta360 outside the aircraft wing
-
Internal camera with cockpit audio
-
Insta360 GO / ultra-small internal camera
Footage will normally be shared by Google Drive after the flight. For technical reasons, this setup is not always guaranteed. Camera overheating, aircraft limitation, weather, safety, or operational constraints may affect filming. You are welcome to bring and film with your own equipment, subject to safety approval.

Safety Comes First
Please do not film, stage, or imply anything unsafe, illegal, reckless, or misleading.
This includes:
-
touching aircraft controls without permission
-
walking near the propeller or engine area
-
entering the apron without escort
-
filming restricted areas, airport staff, or other aircraft without approval
-
suggesting that flying is casual, uncontrolled, or risk-free
Respect Aviation & National Security Rules
Light aviation in China is a special privilege and operates under strict aviation, airport, and national security requirements.
Please keep your content respectful, accurate, and professional. Do not film or post anything involving restricted airport areas, operational procedures, security facilities, military-related activity, or anything that may create misunderstanding about aviation safety or airport operations.
Recommended Tone
Your content may be fun, cinematic, stylish, and personal — but it should still show that flying is handled professionally, safely, and under HKPAPA supervision.
Important Notice
All flying, filming, routing, camera setup, aircraft availability, and schedules are subject to weather, safety, aircraft serviceability, airport control, operational constraints, and HKPAPA’s final decision. Safety always comes first.
