Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on 16 December 2025.
The Hong Kong Professional Airline Pilots Association (“HKPAPA”) is committed to making its website, www.hkpapa.com, accessible to people with disabilities and to continuously improving the user experience for all visitors.
What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
Accessibility adjustments on this site
This website has been designed with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, and HKPAPA aims to achieve Level AA accessibility where reasonably practicable. The site has been developed to support commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers and keyboard navigation, and accessibility considerations are incorporated into ongoing improvements to the website.

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content [only add if relevant]
The accessibility of certain pages on this website depends on content provided by third-party platforms and services that are not under HKPAPA’s control. As a result, some pages may only be partially compliant with applicable accessibility standards. HKPAPA continues to work with its service providers to improve accessibility where reasonably practicable. This includes, but is not limited to, third-party booking systems, embedded media, and payment platforms.
Accessibility arrangements in the organization [only add if relevant]
HKPAPA’s training and administrative activities are conducted primarily at partner venues and shared facilities, including classrooms and training spaces operated by third parties. Where on-site activities are held, such venues are generally located in buildings that provide step-free access from public transport points, lifts serving all floors, and accessible restroom facilities.
HKPAPA works with venue operators to accommodate participants with accessibility needs where reasonably practicable. Participants who require specific accessibility arrangements are encouraged to contact HKPAPA in advance so that appropriate support or alternative arrangements may be considered.
