Our itinerary

The itinerary, activities, aircraft types, institutions, simulator access, flight operations and guest appearances are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational requirements, airspace restrictions, partner availability, safety considerations and institutional scheduling. Certain activities may be replaced with equivalent aviation experiences where necessary.

Day 1 | Hong Kong | July 27

Mission Briefing & Departure
Students assemble in Hong Kong for official HKPAPA departure briefing before overnight flight to Europe.

The journey begins with:

  • Airline-style operational briefing

  • Team assignments and mission packs

  • Aviation leadership orientation

  • Professional travel protocols used by airline crew

By the time students board the aircraft, they are no longer “passengers.”
They are entering the programme as cadets.

Day 2 | Prague Aviation Heritage Command

Arrival into Prague, one of Europe’s most historically strategic aviation and military regions.

Activities include:

  • Guided orientation of Prague Old Town

  • Prague Aviation Heritage immersion

  • River tactical navigation experience

  • European operational culture briefing

  • Photography and documentary challenge

Evening debrief:
“How Europe built aviation power.”

Day 3 | Restricted Simulator Operations

Students enter professional simulator environments normally used for airline pilot development.

Experience includes:

  • Restricted simulator rig access

  • Airline SOP introduction

  • Crew coordination exercises

  • Instrument procedures

  • Airbus/Boeing operational familiarisation

  • Threat and error management scenarios

This is where students begin understanding:
Flying is not just skill — it is discipline.

Day 4 | Flying Operations Over Bohemia

Students take direct control of aircraft under instructor supervision.

Operational experience:

  • Pre-flight inspection

  • Mission planning

  • Radio communications

  • Taxi procedures

  • Take-off and handling exercises

  • Scenic command sortie over Czech terrain and neo-Gothic landmarks

For many students, this becomes their first moment touching real aircraft controls in European airspace.

Day 5 | Heavy Jet Base Access

Exclusive behind-the-scenes access into European aviation infrastructure.

Mission highlights:

  • Restricted hangar access

  • Heavy maintenance facilities

  • Aircraft engineering exposure

  • Airline operational systems

  • Fleet logistics briefing

  • Viewing areas normally inaccessible to the public

Students see where aircraft are rebuilt, inspected and returned to service.

This is aviation beyond Instagram.

Day 6 | Statecraft, Leadership & Influence

Aviation is global leadership.

Students experience:

  • Czech Parliament and diplomacy programme

  • Statecraft and leadership briefing

  • Private cultural engagements

  • Black-tie etiquette session

  • Networking dinner with aviation and professional guests

The objective:
Teach students how future airline captains, executives and leaders carry themselves internationally.

Day 7 | European Aerospace Systems

Students explore the industrial side of global aviation.

Activities may include:

  • Aircraft prototype review

  • Aerospace manufacturing exposure

  • Aircraft systems and production discussions

  • European aerospace innovation briefing

  • Aviation photography operations

  • Final mission challenge and team presentation

Closing ceremony and reflection dinner in Prague.

Day 8 | Return to Hong Kong

Return flight to Hong Kong.

Upon completion, students receive:

  • HKPAPA participation certification

  • Mission completion recognition

  • Professional aviation mentorship network access

  • Portfolio material for future cadet applications

Most students return with more than photos.

They return with:

  • confidence,

  • operational awareness,

  • international exposure,

  • and a completely different understanding of what is possible for their future.

Not a school trip.

A glimpse into the world very few ever get to see.
Most students learn about aviation from textbooks.
Our students walk into airline headquarters, fly aircraft over Europe, sit inside legendary simulators, and have dinner with the people who once flew the fastest passenger aircraft in history.

This programme is designed to change how young people see themselves.
In just 8 days, students will experience:

  • The discipline and mindset of professional pilots

  • Real-world aviation operations behind closed doors

  • Elite aerospace institutions and training environments

  • International exposure and independence

  • The confidence that comes from stepping into a world normally reserved for airline crew and industry insiders

For many students, this becomes the moment they stop “dreaming about aviation” — and start believing they belong in it.

Extremely Limited Intake

To preserve access quality, operational flexibility and personalised mentorship, spaces are intentionally limited.

Certain experiences are not commercially available to the public and are arranged through industry partnerships and operational coordination.

Because this is not tourism disguised as education.

Every visit, simulator session, flight activity and industry meeting is curated by professional airline pilots and aviation insiders.

Students are not treated like tourists.
They are treated like future aviators.
