Cancellation Policy

All course plans are sold on a strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable basis. Upon confirmation of payment, no refund, credit, substitution, transfer or extension will be granted under any circumstances, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. This includes, without limitation, personal reasons, change of mind, illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, weather conditions, or failure to attend. Each plan is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase only. Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry date shall automatically lapse and be forfeited without refund, compensation or credit. The participant is solely responsible for arranging and completing all sessions within the validity period. All sessions are subject to prior booking and availability. Late arrival, absence, or cancellation for any reason will result in the relevant session being deemed delivered and forfeited in full. Rebooking or replacement sessions will not be offered unless HKPAPA expressly agrees in writing, at its absolute discretion. HKPAPA reserves the right to amend, substitute, reschedule or cancel sessions, instructors, simulators, facilities or course content due to operational, safety, regulatory or administrative requirements. Such changes shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give rise to any refund, exchange or extension. This programme is offered for educational and experiential purposes only. Completion does not guarantee progression to further training, licensing outcomes, assessments or selection by any airline or third party. By enrolling, participants (and their parents or guardians, where applicable) confirm that they have read, understood and irrevocably accepted these terms.
