Current Opening

Flight Instructor (FI)

Location: Zhuhai
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Minimum Requirements

  • Holder of SPL, PPL, or CPL (with or without FI rating)

  • Minimum 200 hours total flight experience

  • Eligible to meet CAAC Flight Instructor Rating requirements

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

  • No criminal record

  • Right to work in PRC

  • Willing to be based in Zhuhai

Role Overview

  • Conduct flight training in accordance with approved syllabi and SOPs

  • Deliver safe, structured, and professional instruction to student pilots

  • Uphold HKPAPA’s training standards, safety culture, and professionalism

PPL Ground Instructor

Location: Hong Kong
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Minimum Requirements

  • Holder of SPL, PPL, CPL, or ATPL

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

  • No criminal record

  • Right to work in HKSAR

  • Based in Hong Kong

Role Overview

  • Deliver PPL ground school subjects clearly and systematically

  • Support students in theory knowledge, exam preparation, and learning progression

  • Contribute to curriculum development and classroom delivery

Self-Sponsored Airbus Airbus  A320 / A321 Type Rating & Line Training Programme (For Low-Hour CPL Pilots)

Programme Type: Structured Airbus A320/1 self-funded airline pathway
Aircraft: Airbus A320 / A321
Location: Middle East

This programme follows an internationally recognised, airline-aligned model used by one of the largest airlines in the Middle East, where low-hour CPL pilots complete an Airbus A320/A321 Type Rating followed by structured line-oriented training through approved training and operational frameworks. Candidates contribute to part of the training costs while progressing through a performance-based pathway aligned with airline operating standards.

Eligibility

  • Valid Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with MCC/UPRT

  • Low total flight hours

  • Good Aviation English

  • No criminal record

Volunteers (Aviation & Youth Programmes)

Sales Assistant / Business Development Officer

Location: Hong Kong / GBA

Role Overview

  • Support programme sales, partnerships, and institutional clients

  • Assist with enquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management

  • Participate in business development initiatives and outreach activities

  • Right to work in HKSAR

Internship Programme (Paid / Unpaid)

Location: Hong Kong / Greater Bay Area
Type: Paid and unpaid internships available (subject to role and availability)

Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently studying at one of the eight UGC-funded universities in Hong Kong, or

  • Possess relevant academic background or practical experience in the aviation industry

  • Strong interest in aviation, education, operations, or business development

  • Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred)

  • No criminal record

Internship Areas

Interns may be assigned to one or more of the following areas, depending on background and programme needs:

  • Flight training support
